Rustic luxury bedding – what is the right size for bedding? The answer to that question depends on the size of your duvet, pillow and mattress. There are different sizes for duvets and pillows. It is therefore logical that the sizes of the bedding also differ. To find the right sizes of bedding it is important that you know the dimensions of your duvet, pillow and mattress. Duvets for adults differ in length and width. Duvets can be normal or extra-long and can be single or double. Often the duvet is almost 5 cm shorter than the duvet cover. This leaves room in the duvet cover making it easy to put the quilt in the cover. The most common size of duvet covers is 140×200 cm, but more and more people prefer a duvet with extra length: 140×220 cm.
Many people experience sleeping under an extra-long, double bed of 240×220 cm as luxurious and fine. What is the correct size for a pillowcase?
